Agree this can be the case, but this is more prevalent in early spring as the longer lived winter bees emerge.

I am not sure but the worst cross I have seen is Carniolan and mellifera. They get very aggressive. Has anyone else noticed this?

I have never thought about the different types of venom and the severity of each in the case. I have always classified venom has something of danger so this royal essays review really intrigues me to know more. It actually sounds like Carolinian venom is more intense.
